There is no need to install any additional dedicated software to use the CSM as www is the main access to it from any place (the access can be limited according to the company security policy).

Choice of appropriate browser provides full CSM functionality. The web browser should suport HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SSL protocol. Mozilla Firefox (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and Internet Explorer 6.0 version or higher (Windows only) comply with these requirements. It is highly recommended to use one of the above mentioned web browsers (however with Mozilla Firefox best recommendation)
